Plans for Mark Clark expansion move ahead

The 1960s-era plan to add nearly eight miles to the Mark Clark Expressway (I-526) has been in limbo but is now moving forward again. A final Environmental Impact Statement is expected to be issued this fall or early 2014, and SELC will fully evaluate and weigh in on the report.
