Rethinking the Bi-County Parkway

SELC and our partners, working with a national traffic modeling expert, released a report demonstrating that building the proposed “Bi-County Parkway” would increase congestion in Prince William and Loudoun counties and double the volume of traffic that directly impacts Manassas Battlefield Park.  The report compared those results to the package of alternative projects SELC and its partners have been promoting, which would significantly reduce congestion in those counties and better preserve the Battlefield.
