SELC and other groups send letter to Governor-Elect McAuliffe on Bi-County Parkway

SELC joined a number of other conservation groups in sending a letter to Governor-Elect McAuliffe requesting that he reject the proposed Bi-County Parkway and focus instead on less damaging projects that address more critical transportation needs in northern Virginia.
