Local Groups Seek Clean Up of Duke’s Coal Ash Pollution Across North Carolina

The Southern Environmental Law Center today filed motions to allow seven local conservation groups to participate in state court enforcement actions against Duke Energy’s illegal coal ash pollution of lakes, rivers, and groundwater supplying drinking water for individual families and local communities throughout North Carolina.  Read more in the press release.
