Murder Creek Environmental Impact Statement

In October 2008, the Army Corps of Engineers announced it will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement on the Murder Creek reservoir. In January 2009,  SELC weighed in to ensure that the Corps gives full consideration to the resources at stake and recognizes that the need for this impoundment is dubious at best.
