Renewed efforts being made to build the Outer Beltway

The Northern Virginia Transportation Authority recently released a draft of TransAction, its transportation master plan for Northern Virginia.  The inclusion of proposals like the Bi-County Parkway and a new bridge across the Potomac near Dulles Airport show that the push to build the Outer Beltway remains strong.  Learn more.
