Next30 Committee

The Southern Environmental Law Center launched the Next30 Initiative in 2016 to bring together future environmental leaders from around the region. As part of their membership on this committee, ambassadors come together in conjunction with our annual board meeting where they learn more about the environmental issues facing the Southeast today, and what SELC is doing to address these issues. They then take that knowledge back to their communities, where they serve as SELC ambassadors and help expand our network to the next generation of environmentalists.

“SELC is one of the most impactful organizations I am involved with and I am truly honored to be a part of Next30. Without question, this is the best group of individuals I have ever been associated with.” -Clay Haynes, Nashville Next30 Ambassador
