Catherine Crafa
Legal/Administrative Assistant
Catie reviews, formats, and proofreads outgoing legal documents and correspondence, and assists with litigation by filing pleadings and other legal documents with courts in Georgia and on the federal level. She organizes documents for exhibits and discovery, as well as case files, and tracks important deadlines.
“I work for SELC because of my passion for taking care of the environment and a strong foundation in legal experience,” she says. “I’m most proud of the great work we do to help keep the south’s water sources clean and thriving.”
Catie is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida. Before relocating to Atlanta, she lived for three years in Asheville, North Carolina. It remains a special place for her: “Surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Great Smoky Mountains, it is one of the most beautiful places in the south, with so many trails and seemingly endless nature to explore and appreciate.”
