Donald A. Holzworth
Executive in Residence & Adjunct Professor of Health Policy & Management, University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health
Mr. Holzworth is a serial entrepreneur with 45 years in global heath/healthcare executive leadership. He was the founder and CEO of a global health consulting/technical support business operating in 61 countries at its peak. He founded/co-founded several other health services businesses, managed distressed company turn-arounds, and is active on small company boards. He serves on the board of the Walking Mountain Science Center and is currently Executive in Residence and adjunct professor of health policy and management at the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health and is Chair of the School’s Advisory Council. Mr. Holzworth earned a BS in Systems Analysis and an MS in Environmental Sciences from Miami University.
