Haley Delli Priscoli

Payroll Coordinator

Haley runs payroll and timekeeping systems for SELC, submits payroll tax-related filings, and assists with financial reporting.

“I’m inspired by the work at SELC because it is making a real change,” she said. “I have a huge sense of purpose and fulfillment at this organization.” The work of the SELC Wildlife and Land & Communities teams make her the most proud “because SELC provides the opportunity for the public to have a voice in our public lands.”

Haley’s work represents a full circle in her home state of Virginia. She grew up in Roanoke right by the Appalachian Trail. After living in northern Virginia for 11 years, she returned to Charlottesville “to get back to my roots,” she said. “From an early age, I appreciated and respected nature and wanted to pursue a career and organization that helps preserve and maintain our beautiful forests.”

Previous experience

  • Smithsonian Institution, management support assistant
  • B.S., George Mason University, named Most Outstanding Undergraduate in Conservation, 2015
  • With SELC since 2021
