Jaime helps SELC work with members of Congress to find solutions to federal water policy and public transportation issues. He educates and engages with members of Congress on environmental law and policy, tracks bills as they progress through congressional committees, and represents SELC at coalition gatherings and congressional briefings. He works on SELC’s efforts to improve access to clean, safe drinking water and protect the South’s natural wonders.
One of his favorite places in the southeast is North Carolina’s Cape Hatteras, America’s first national seashore, where he enjoys climbing the great dunes of the Outer Banks.
