Matt serves as the central point person for hiring across all of SELC’s offices, managing the hiring process from position inception to the offer and acceptance phase. He also directs recruiting and candidate sourcing strategies and manages the candidate experience. One of his main goals is to continually improve the inclusivity and accessibility of SELC’s hiring practices.
Before coming to SELC, he worked with national clients in talent acquisition and recruiting management, and was pleased to be able to marry his professional skills with his strong passion for the environment.
One of his favorite places in the Southeast is Marshall, N.C., a serene and peaceful small town accessible to the Appalachian Trail and Asheville, with a perfect small-town downtown scene of its own.
