Back Bay on Hold Thanks to Legal Victory

Following a victory for the Back Bay area after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit ruled in 2012 that the Army Corps of Engineers should have prepared a full environmental review for a proposed commercial marina, the project is now on hold. The project cannot go forward until the Corps completes the environmental review and reexamines its permit decision.
